If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or change it.

7. How do I return an item?

8. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. It will be credited to your original payment method.
9. My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
